Full Doula Support Package
Full-spectrum doula support through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period, centered on presence, advocacy, and care. Services include prenatal preparation, on-call labor support, continuous birth support, postpartum check-ins, and resource referrals. Select packages also include a lifestyle photography session with curated, professionally edited images and a tangible keepsake.

What is a doula?

A doula is a trained, non-medical professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My role is to walk alongside you—helping you feel informed, grounded, and supported throughout your journey.

What areas do you serve?

I primarily serve families throughout Monterey County and surrounding areas. Travel outside this area may be available upon request.

Do you work with all types of births?

Yes. I support families planning hospital births, birth center births, and home births. I also support medicated, unmedicated, and cesarean births. My approach is always non-judgmental and centered on your preferences and needs.

Do you offer postpartum support?

Yes. Postpartum care can include emotional support, newborn care education, feeding support, resource navigation, and gentle check-ins during the early weeks after birth.
